After an initial telephone or email consultation to establish your needs, I will arrive on time at designated destination fully equipped with a professional massage table and oils.
I guarantee a treatment to equal any that you would receive at a top-end spa – at a fraction of the price. I specialise in classic Swedish Massage, a combination of long soft strokes designed to soothe and improve circulation, and some firmer kneading to tackle any tension in your back, neck and thighs.
However, every session is completely personalised to meet the needs of the individual lying on the table: I can provide more robust Sports Massage or Deep tissue Massage if you are struggling with serious muscular pain, or therapeutic massage to help you recover from injury.
